Inside Sales Representative
GoExceed is seeking an energetic and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our B2B cellular management solution has seen an 87% growth rate year-over-year and we are looking for a new team member to support this thriving division.
This position offers an excellent compensation package that includes a base salary and unlimited commission potential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and exhibits strong communication skills.
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling
- Researches accounts and identifies key decision makers
- Builds relationships with targeted accounts
- Sets appointments for field reps based on daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Understands customer needs and accurately conveys product features and benefits
- Close sales and effectively cross-sells solutions when appropriate
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Energetic and highly motivated
- Base plus residual commission
- $60,000 realistic expectation for first year if targets are met
