Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for project management. In this role, you will advocate for the client internally and focus on a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Execution and Monitoring:

  • Lead project activities and tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues; work proactively to address challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication among team members (clients and internal team), stakeholders, and management.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and archive project files for future reference.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining project management best practices.
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to clients in an effective manner, ensuring their
    satisfaction with the service.
  • Engage the client wireless carrier for help when necessary.
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, helpdesk. Depot etc) to maintain
    strategic alignment in our shared interaction with clients.

Your Key Qualities and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Project management methodologies.
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • 4-year degree and/or equivalent project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per year (based on experience)
