Role Overview
The Marketing Manager at GoExceed will be a hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth. This role demands a balance between strategic oversight and tactical execution, with a focus on leveraging modern tools, including AI, to optimize marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
- Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to support client acquisition and retention.
2. Execution & Leadership
- Take ownership of projects, both strategic and tactical, demonstrating a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
- Partner with external agencies or consultants when necessary while maintaining the ability to execute initiatives internally.
- Lead by example, inspiring confidence and collaboration across teams.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Utilize AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness, content creation, and audience targeting.
4. CRM Management
- Oversee CRM strategies to drive lead generation, client nurturing, and retention.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales processes.
5. Content & Design
- Create and oversee engaging marketing content across various platforms.
- Utilize tools like Photoshop to create or refine visual assets.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Regularly report on KPIs and adjust strategies based on data insights.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product management, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the marketing team.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in CRM management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in the channel.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Photoshop or other design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot).
Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire a culture of execution and accountability.
